Published by Paul Hamlyn, Sydney 1970. Hardcover in great condition with original dust-jacket in great condition. A serious book concerning the history of the sport from Captain Cook right through to the end of the classic longboard era! Over 600 photographs and illustrations, black and white and many in colour, by the top surf photographers in the business, makes this one of the all time surf books.

Has handwritten “With Love Margaret & John” written on the title page.
