Sam Custom Surfboards - Merewether Surf Shop - (Sam Egan), out of 93 Fredrick Street Merewether in 1965, vintage surfboard. 2 red wood stringers with an amazing inlay timber fin. This board has been cleaned up many years ago showing off all battle scars with no extra weight added to her, Has a slight tail twist but she’s still a rider. This is a true collector’s piece and a great piece of surf history out of Newcastle. Would be a fantastic wall hanger for your man cave, Pub etc. or just ride her in your next Old Mal comp. Just needs some light TLC to a few small old school repairs – do it yourself. Extremely rare find and an opportunity to grab a truly unique item for your collection.
