Measure 10 cm above the centre of knee cap your leg circumference (around leg).

Youth S/M: 20-25cm
Youth L/XL: 23-30cm
Adult Small: 28-36cm
Adult Medium: 34-42cm
Adult Large: 40-50cm
Adult X-Large: 48-55cm
