LAYBY OF SURFBOARDS AND MEMORABILIA
If you see a collectible surfboard or memorabilia piece you would love to own but don’t have the funds right now, we do offer the convenience of Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4. If you would prefer not to use those methods, you may have the opportunity to layby it. Please phone us to find out if the item you want is available for layby. Please note that we will not remove the item from sale on our website until we have received your deposit (via any of the above mentioned accepted forms of payment). All items require a minimum deposit of 10% or $100 (which ever is higher) with a maximum term of 8 weeks to complete the layby. If the layby is cancelled by you, your money will be refunded to you via electronic funds transfer, less a $30 administration fee.
OUR SECOND-HAND DEALERS LICENCE
Please note that Soul Surf is registered as a licenced second-hand dealer through the NSW Department of Fair Trading, Licence No.2PS04518. We must, by law, obtain personal details from you for the sole purpose of record keeping for the NSW Police department. These personal details will not be used for any other purpose. If you wish to purchase any second-hand item through Soul Surf, we require your full name, home address and phone number.
