Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Soul Surf reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received. Soul Surf reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Occasionally there may be information on soulsurf.com.au that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Soul Surf is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to our this website. Soul Surf is not liable for any injury sustained while using any Soul Surf product.
The delivery times provided by Soul Surf are estimates only. Soul Surf will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Soul Surf cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Please note that for all items being delivered throughout Australia via Australia Post, a card will be left in your mail box to advise you when and where your parcel can be collected. Please note that Australia Post holds parcels for you for 10 business days. If you do not collect the item within those 10 business days, and the item is returned to us, we will post it to you again once we have received payment of a further postage cost (we can advise you what this cost is and organise payment from you over the phone via credit card, or send you a PayPal invoice)
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
All Gift Vouchers are emailed either to the recipient or the purchaser. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and are automatically disabled once their expiry date has been reached.
Change of Address
Soul Surf cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you think there is a problem with the shipping address you entered, please contact Customer Service immediately via email at email@example.com
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Soul Surf do not have any control over these charges and we are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Soul Surf will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Soul Surf will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, as this is an illegal practice.
For all brands other than Soul Surf, all warranties offered on new products are the manufacturerswarranties and not that of Soul Surf. For all Soul Surf branded products, other than Surfboards, we are happy to exchange or refund as long as the item is in it’s original as new condition and packaging. Any faults or requests for exchange or refund must be made aware to us within 7 (seven) working days of acceptance of delivery. Second hand surfboards do not have any warranties offered. New Soul Surf surfboards may be exchanged or refunded within 7 (seven) working days as long as the surfboard is in it’s original new condition and has not been waxed, placed in water, surfed on or sustained any dings or stress fractures due to negligent handling after purchase. Snapped surfboards are not covered under warranty. For further details on returns, please see our Returns area.
Refunds & Returns
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. For all items other than Soul Surf branded items, faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any swimming costume, underwear or earring purchase. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached. Any faults or requests for exchange or refund must be made aware to us within 7 (seven) working days of acceptance of delivery. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange on any secondhand surfboards. New Soul Surf surfboards may be exchanged or refunded within 7 (seven) working days as long as the surfboard is in it’s original new condition and has not been waxed, placed in water, surfed on or sustained any dings or stress fractures due to negligent handling after purchase. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Refunds and returns are not available on free promotional items. Refunds and are not available on sale items. If notified before goods have been dispatched, Soul Surf can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Soul Surf reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.
