Energy Gen 1 Simon Anderson – shaped by Scott Beggs

Energy Gen 1 Simon Anderson, shaped by Scott Beggs, original 3 Fin Thruster. Highly collectable, unique board and extremely rare. Early models featured an airbrushed decal on the blank. Simon Anderson mentioned in 2017 “To have the handed painted 3 is very unusual. We only did a few of these hand painted 3’s and it was at the start of the development.” This one would be an amazing piece to add to your collection. No delamination, very slight tail twist but hard to see, with the usual heel and knee impressions, few light onion rings on the deck. The bottom has slight sun tanning, a few thumb impressions, needs a few small repairs, two light onion rings, slight surface crack at the base of one fin – dirty resin repair, also needs some light TLC to a few small repairs to the nose tip, tail and few small rail shatters (see photos). This is a true investment piece and would look amazing hanging in your man cave.
