Second hand shortboard, Channel Islands, Whip model. This model was Kelly and Al’s re-worked version of the Flyer, with a few secret changes. This board is faster and more forgiving. If you’re looking for a board that excels when your shortboard seems to bog, this is the board for you. Paddles well and gets into waves easily. Heavy tail rocker allows the board to be whipped around and turn on-rail. The deck has the usual heel depressions and a few small thumb depressions on the bottom. Comes with basic Tri set fins.
