Description
Retro surfboard, Mark Richards, late 1980s, with a small MR Superman logo on the deck. Shaped by Bob Margetts and written on the bottom tail area is MR initials and the number 6’2″ and features a classic period green fade spray. Usual heel marks on the deck and you can just make out an old tail grip blemish, but super hard to see it. Some small bump depressions on the bottom and some thumb depressions going down the bottom along rail edge – see photos. Would have been caused from hand grip while duck diving. No delamination or twist. Has had some small repairs around her – tip of the nose and swallows, small rail repairs which you just make out – great job, a small repair in front of one of the fins (see all photos). You can hang this one on your wall with pride knowing you have a truly collectable piece to add to, or start, your collection. This is a true investment piece. This board was a custom order, with just one owner. Comes with a second hand board bag.
